SA Housing Centre: the questions people ask
What do reviews say about SA Housing Centre?
BuildReview currently has no member reviews yet for SA Housing Centre. Its Google listing shows 4.7 stars from 320 reviews.
That is a high average across a large number of reviews, which is a good sign but not the whole picture. Read the recent negative ones for the pattern — repeated complaints about variations, delays or site supervision are the ones that cost money.
A BuildReview review has to be written by a registered member, one per builder, so our counts run smaller than Google's. The two figures are shown separately and never merged.
Where is SA Housing Centre based?
SA Housing Centre is listed at 25 North Terrace, Hackney SA 5069, just north-east of the Adelaide CBD.
The phone number and website on this page are the ones published for that address.
Statesman Homes and the Hickinbotham Group are listed in Hackney as well, and Fairmont Homes is close by at Kent Town, if you want to compare Adelaide builders in the same pocket.
Is SA Housing Centre a South Australian builder?
Yes. This is the Hackney business in South Australia, and it is the only SA Housing Centre listing in this directory, so the rating shown here belongs to that company.
Browse South Australian builders to put a shortlist together, and confirm the builder's licence is current with the state's building regulator before you sign anything.
Names repeat across state borders in home building. Match the address and ABN on your contract against the ones on a listing before you treat a set of reviews as being about your builder.
