Question 1

Does Luke's Renovations do bathroom renovations in St Peters?

Accepted Answer

Luke's Renovations is based at 1/2a Burrows Rd, St Peters NSW 2044, and its Google listing categorises it as a bathroom remodeller — so bathrooms in the St Peters area are its own patch rather than a job it travels for. St Peters sits in Sydney's inner west, so the surrounding suburbs are within an easy run. Ring the number on this page to confirm the area and the type of work before you go further. A bathroom is the renovation where access and waterproofing decide the price. Ask any renovator who does the waterproofing, whether it is certified, and what happens to the quote if the floor comes up worse than expected.

Question 2

What do reviews say about Luke's Renovations?

Accepted Answer

BuildReview currently has no member reviews yet for Luke's Renovations. Its Google listing shows 4.8 stars from 186 reviews. A strong average on a renovator is worth reading rather than counting. Look for reviews that describe a job the size of yours, and check whether the builder replies when something goes wrong. A BuildReview review has to be written by a registered member, one per builder, which is why our counts run smaller than Google's. The two figures are shown separately and never merged.

Question 3

Is Luke's Renovations a licensed builder?

Accepted Answer

This directory does not hold a licence number for Luke's Renovations, so we can't show one. Ask for the licence number directly and check it yourself against NSW Fair Trading's public register before you sign a contract. In NSW, residential building work over $5,000 including labour and materials has to be done by a licensed tradesperson, and most bathroom renovations clear that threshold comfortably. Where we hold a licence number for a builder we publish it on the profile. A blank means we don't have it on record, not that the builder is unlicensed.
